Legalization of stay

Legalization of stay of a person from outside the European Union (obtaining the temporary residence permit)

It is recommended to submit an application for your residence permit as soon as possible. The procedure is long, many months, so starting late may lead to problems such as expiry of the permit soon after you get it.

The legalization procedure is described on the official government website where one can find the most current list of required documents.budynek IFPAN
