ON1.3 Group of physics of semimagnetic semiconductors

The main focus of our research lies in theoretical and experimental investigations of the magnetic, transport, and magnetotransport properties of II-VI, IV-VI and III-V semimagnetic (diluted magnetic) semiconductors. We conduct experimental research encompassing a broad spectrum of magnetic inorganic nanomaterials.
