We are pleased to invite you to the third edition of the microelectronics symposium "Thin film engineering for high-tech labscale and industrial applications" organized by Technolutions Sp. z o. o. together with the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. The event aims to bring together all specialists and enthusiasts of thin film technologies from the world of science and advanced industry.

During the conference we will talk about technologies for fabrication, lithography, etching and characterization of thin films in photonic, optoelectronic structures and more. In addition to the lectures, there will be an opportunity to see and test equipment such as:

  • Tabletop nanoPVD system from Moorfield Nanotechnology
  • Park Systems AFM NX7
  • Filmetrics Profilm3D optical profilometer
  • Filmetrics F20-UV reflectometer from
  • Semilab SE-1000 ellipsometer
  • Hirox Hrx-01 digital microscope
  • ZEISS optical microscopes: Axioscope model and SteREO Discovery model
  • LIG Nanowise super-resolution lens

The event is aimed at all employees of universities and scientific institutes, as well as entrepreneurs and their engineering staff.

Participation in the symposium is free of charge.

PhD students are also encouraged to participate in a competition for the best poster related to the theme of the event with attractive prizes.
