Thematic seminar in the Fels of Europe tutorial series entitled “Femtosecond time-resolved x-ray absorption spectroscopy of solids” was led by Andrea Eschenlohr (University Duisburg-Essen). The seminar was held online at the 1 July 2024 at 17:00 CEST.

Led by distinguished scholars in the field, these tutorials specifically address younger members of the FEL community and introduce hot topics in the field of FEL science with larger depth than usually possible in conference talks. Participation in the seminar is thus a great opportunity to get an accessible indtoduction into the field of FELs. They are organized by FELs of Europe together with the LEAPS Strategy Group on FELs.
